I believe I remember reading on here that somebody had cracked the code on GM's email address and had figured out how to contact a certain R. Lutz, Can anybody help me out?

I've had a Lutz response or two before...and it got me in touch with the GM of Chevy before, too. They tend to respond on Sundays, in my experience, but you have to understand how many other emails they get, of course
