We had two customers just today who got very upset when we presented them with Toyota rental cars. Of course, we are not the ones picking out which car each customer gets.

My assistant manager called the rental car agency, and the chick blew her off, saying Toyota's problems are all "media hype". BULL$h!. She was just sticking up for her company for buying these POS's, at the expense of our customers' worry.
