I'm sure you've all noticed the nice new thing at the top of the forums. Looks good, but I dislike it for two reasons. First is that it is wide, causing potential unwanted sideways scrolling. Secondly, it has no "Log Out" link that I can find, meaning I cannot change screen names and pretend to be everybody's favorite crazy Floridian.
Right underneath the header to the left:

Logged in as: VenSeattle ( Log Out )

Have you tried viewing C&G in IE? It might have to do with you using Firefox...

Here's how I see the Forum:

That makes sense, I've been using Firefox. Thanks, I'll switch over to IE anytime I want to be mischevious until this gets worked out. <_<
I see the same as Ven, except the header is much wider than everything else... making me side scroll.
Those of us using foxfire would appreciate a little help, I really don't like IE. But I will make due till it is changed.
I hate IE and won't change back. I'm waiting for answers, kids...
For anyone who has to side scroll, what is the resolution of your screen? Changing it to the 1024 x 800(?) setting makes you not have to side scroll. I don't know what the problem is with Firefox.
Firefox guys: clear your browser cache, hit refresh, and tell me what you think. IE guys: hit refresh, and tell me what you think.
Well... I still have to side scroll. And my Moniter's resolution can't be changed or I have no idea how to. But, I don't understand why something can't be done about it. I mean, this is the only site that I have this problem. It also wasn't one before you added the pic. Something isn't right... That's obvious.
The forums should at least be OK now for you guys. I shrunk the image down such that there's no scrolling on an 800x600 monitor. I'll work shrinking the banner graphic on the front page, and hopefully that should take care of the scrolling altogether.

Windows users, to change your monitor's resolution:

1. Go to Start->Settings->Control panel.
2. Double-click Display (XP users switch to Classic View in the Control Panel first)
3. Click the "Settings" tab.
4. Move the "Screen Resolution" slider to the right to increase the resolution.
5. Hit Apply.
6. Hit Yes on the dialog box that pops up if you like the new resolution and want to
keep it. Otherwise, hit No or wait for the 15 seconds to time out.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 until you find a resolution that's comfortable.
8. Hit OK.
