April 3, 201015 yr Happy Belated B-day ocn! I'm sorry I am late with this--been a weird past few days! Hope it was alright and the sinuses cleared up. Mine have been so bad, I have been on a daily spray and use the neti pot.
April 3, 201015 yr Thanks again. Yes, the neti pot is my friend. I ran out of pre-mixed packets of solution. All it is is baking soda and salt, so I mixed up my own. It feels more potent. My poor nostrils though.
