June 4, 201015 yr Daily driver: 2009 Cadillac XLR-V Family Truckster: 1992 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser Sunday Driver: 1970 Olds Delta 88 unmarked with police package.
June 4, 201015 yr GM: 1969 GTO Judge convertible. Mopar: 1970 Plymouth Superbird. Ford: 1973 Ford Falcon XB Coupe with the special nose. Bonus... 1970 AMC AMX.
June 4, 201015 yr If I limit it to late model (last decade), here is what I would go with: Chrysler: 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T (weekend fun) Ford: 2011 Ford Mustang GT convertible (weekend fun, sunny weather) GM: 2010 Cadillac CTS (commuter car) too many choices if I include older cars. If I expand it to what I would fill a large garage/barn with, I'd add these: Chrysler: '06-07 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, '11 Grand Cherokee Overland Ford: '03-10 Crown Vic PI, '03-04 Mercury Marauder, '03-08 Lincoln Town Car, '08 Mustang 'Bullitt', '06 Ford GT GM: '09 Pontiac G8 GXP, '10 Camaro SS, '11 Caddy CTS-v coupe All would make good daily drivers and some definitely weekend fun vehicles. plus some oldies. June 5, 201015 yr Actually, most LS6 cars were manuals. But an LS6 El Camino is hyper-rare no matter the transmission. The Caminos and the convertibles were the rarest of the LS6 pack.
June 5, 201015 yr Ford Classic: 1961-65 Lincoln Continental Modern: Ford Thunderbird "retrobird" hardtop GM goes without saying, very many choices here Chrysler Modern: Chrysler Crossfire Classic: 1961-63 Imperial LeBaron

June 5, 201015 yr Actually, most LS6 cars were manuals. But an LS6 El Camino is hyper-rare no matter the transmission. The Caminos and the convertibles were the rarest of the LS6 pack. Shhhhhhhhhhhh ... Actually here I thought someone said 1970 El Camino SS454 LS6 manual not Chevelle.
June 5, 201015 yr Someone did, me. No one knows exactly how many LS6 Caminos were built. The estimates range from about 12 to a few hundred. But some were built as manuals. And that's what I want.
June 6, 201015 yr If I had to choose: Ford Mercury Lincoln: 1961-1966 Thunderbird 1978-1981, 1989-1992 Mercury Cougar 1977-1979 ,1987-1989, 2003-present Lincoln Town Car 1976-1979 Lincoln Mark IV and V, 1993-1997 Lincoln Mark VIII 1976-1977,1985-1988, 1995-1997 Mercury Grand Marquis GM: Too many to list Chrysler: 1960's Imperial 1974-1975 Imperial 1980-1981 Imperial 1990-1993 Imperial 1979-1981 New Yorker

BTW ... changing my 3rd choice from the 2010 Ram to a Grand Cherokee! And, for the record, my 3 choices [all of which have NO connection to FWD] ... are assuming I have NO other cars. That's right ... *gasp* ... I would not have a Monte Carlo. But I'm not sure I could limit myself to just 3 cars...lol.
