Is this thing even street legal at that point?

I mean really... what's stopping somebody from installing spikes on the front of their car? There has to be some laws about what you can and can't do...

    Yup, this is a classic taht's been floating around the net for a couple years. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is actually pretty high for an Import Tuner.
