March 1, 200620 yr Decent month. The highlight: Rainier sales nearly doubled. Rendezvous and Terrazza sales also up. Lucerne had strong sales, although not as many as Lesabre had a year ago. Lacrosse sales down.

Lacrosse sales down. The data from GM says that Lucerne's RETAIL sales were more than double last year's LeSabre RETAIL sales, so many of the LeSabre sales from February, 2005 must have been to fleets.
March 9, 200620 yr We had one of our best months in a while...Rendezvous did great for us as well as Lucerne. I believe we've delivered about 65 of them since we got our first in November.
March 10, 200620 yr Hard to deliver something you don't have. Even in foreign car land, the Northwest, the Lucurene is selling so fast dealers don't even have them for test drives.

They must be selling well in the northeast as well... I NEVER see them in dealer lots--I'll see a million LaCrosses though.

I haven't been checking dealers, but so far I've seen 3 Lucerne's on the road--they look great, I hope they continue to sell well.

A hot selling Buick in Subaru land? Which dealer did you go to? I bought my current car at Jim Weston on the East Side. Most of the BOP agencies in Portland were very reasonable to deal with except for those Thomason dealers which are everywhere on McLoughlin.
March 14, 200620 yr Lacrosse sales down. How badly are LaCrosse sales down? Where does one get this info - you know, tabulations on GM sales by division/model/etc?
March 14, 200620 yr Lucernes are doing well in Chicago, seen quite a few. And Lacrosses too. Someone complained that the 'replace 2 for 1' was a flop. No way. Comeon the PA and Regal were selling in the hundreds. Who really misses them other than "hobbyists"?
March 14, 200620 yr How badly are LaCrosse sales down? Where does one get this info - you know, tabulations on GM sales by division/model/etc? If you want to check it out from the source, GM's Media website Or, once a month, we try to post all the sales in the "Sales Figure Ticker Subforums"

Comeon the PA and Regal were selling in the hundreds. Who really misses them other than "hobbyists"? The GS is to be missed because it injected some well-liked sport into the brand. The Northstar Lucerne surely makes up for the spiritual loss of the Ultra, but as of yet nothing for the LaCrosse, though I have high hopes for the Super

Right now we're running a little low on Lucernes but we've got about the biggest selection of them in the area. I'm located in Indianapolis and we get calls from as far as Iowa for dealer trades for Lucernes.
March 19, 200620 yr I'm seeing a ton of Lucernes on the road here in Iowa, almost as often as I see '06 Impalas. I think it might have something to due with our typically older population, but I hope Lucernes are also selling to younger people too.
March 24, 200619 yr I was behind a new Lucerne in traffic yesterday, its such a classy looking car. I wish it has Buick tail lights though (like the LeSabre and Park Ave had) but the over all style was real nice. And the port holes are a nice injection of Buicks past.
