This has to be the most photographed during pre-production car ever.

I wonder if Chrylser will finally offer the Sebring with some real muscle, since the G6 Convertible will be competing with it directly. And that 3.9L. motor in the GTP packs some heat, especially when coupled to the 6-Speed Manual.

I can't wait for the new Sebring. I do hope it's a looker with refinement!

Cant see $h!. Just another site tryin to make a name. I could go to Chrysler tomorrow and get those same shots, even better.

"Hardtop convertible".. Hmmmm could they be right? It looks like it has a longer trunk than the g6, it may actually have trunk space with the top down.

All retract hardtops? Man. Chrysler + more than two electric motors =  :nono:

Yeah, right...in our experiences, it would be GM + more than 2 electric motors = :duh:

Regardless, I hope it turns out well, and the interior doesn't suffer from being too cheaped out.

OK but I saw a soft top prototype testing last week.

Chrysler has been using a canvas top stretched over the hard top to disguise the folding hard top while testing. That is probably what you saw. My understanding is that it will be folding hard top only - no coupe and no soft top.
