ZO6 or Z06?

Featured Replies

Z<zero>6

yup, Z06 as in Z28 or Z11. :)

Or as in my favorite... Z24. :P

Question: why isn't the Zxx-line number one?! Should be a ZL1 Corvette/Camaro, Z24 Cobalt, Zxx Monte. Grr.

No. All performance trims are SS now, except for Z06.

Because they slapped the Zxx badge on any slightly upgraded Chevy to the point that it became diluted and nobody took it seriously anymore. So now they have to switch to SS for their performance models, so they can repeat the same mistakes with it.

Deep!

They killed the Zxx in 2003.... the Z/28 was the first designation that was actaully known by the general public, sure there was a Z06 in 1963 but that was not a commonly udes term by even Corvette guys.

So in other words without a Z28, what's the point of Z24 or whatever.
