March 10, 200620 yr It sounds like you've been the vitcim of a "swoop and squat". A popular insurance scam. Edited March 10, 200620 yr by Variance
March 10, 200620 yr Author I dno for sure its not too bad but a car is never the same once its in an accident I will fix it though just needs replacement front bumper, hood, and other parts and of course a windshield and yes the frame may indeed be bent Edited March 10, 200620 yr by reeferman
March 10, 200620 yr Is it salvagable? damn hell no it's not salvagable! The insurance company totals a car with a bent license plate. Seriously though. get a lawyer. were there witnesses?
March 10, 200620 yr So.. how much for the rims? Sorry, though, dude.. That really does suck. I had the same situation happen to me, but not HALF as bad.. Just a broken fender, bumper, headlight, and headlight brackets..
March 10, 200620 yr Author Yeah i'm looking into a lawsuit but I really don't know if it was driver stupidity or on purpose.
March 10, 200620 yr least there rated good in accidents! see kids thats why you dont Toke up and drive!
March 10, 200620 yr Author No worries all I infact purchased gap insurance on my loan and it paid off so I have no loss whatso ever and no injury but I wish i still had the car.
March 10, 200620 yr You have a C6? Post some before photos in the Member's ride section. That car needs like $17-$20K to be like new again. It looks rolled... the top-clamshell looks F***ed too. Sorry to hear about this.
March 11, 200620 yr Josh I dont think it rolled. it looks as if the hood like flew into the windshield. follow the hood crease on the right and look at the windsheild, theres a line there. Plus the both mirrors are still on it. and the A pilliar doesnt look crunched.
