    This auction of this car was Wednesday and it sold for £179,200 ($286,124 at today's exchange rate)! That's probably about US$100,000 more than I expected.

    I bought the issue of R/T when they ran a full road test on the W8- I thought (& still do) that the (exterior) design surpassed the norm for this genre of 'supercars'. Price doesn't surprise me really.

    We had a small dealer here near my home with two of these. What are the odds of seeing two at one dealer new let alone used?

    One was even a company show car painted up in red, white and blue. They had them at a local car show where a guy smoked the clutch good trying to move it.
