Dealer claims that won't arrive in Toronto until November. Although the (buggy) GM Canada website claims a few dealers have one in stock.

Do discounts and rebates apply to the Solstice? If they do, I'm figuring up a grand total of about $13,000 to $16,000 if the dealer hasn't marked up the price to $30,000 with some bullshit "Apprentice" package.

Rebates and discounts on the Solstice? No way. They have 10k of them sold already, so why would they put a single penny on the hood?

Its never going to happen, and if it does, GM is stupid. The Solstice is already a deal coming in under $20,000.
