While at Roush today, I couldn't help noticing dozens of Solstices/Solsti ?

All lined up waiting for god knows what...Something's going on ....

and everybody I tried to ask said they had no idea.

Anybody hear what the deal is?

Yes.

Yes.

You can reach me anytime, you should have the # if not, PM me. I do have a new one if you dont have it.

Give us a hint.......

Roush is probably tuning out Solsti for people who are willing to spend the cash, or they're going to be special edition Roush Racing Solsti, which by all means is great.

Or some structural/engineering issue that needs to be resolved....

(Just a wild guess)

Roush is doing absolutely 0 mechanical work on the Solstii's that are on their lots.

So what's the deal Josh?

Look at the Dec 19,2005 issue of AutoWeek, with the Mallett Soltice.

You don't think Roush is going to sit still and turn the after-market high-powered

conversion business to somebody without a challenge do you?

Am I close Josh? :scratchchin:

So no mechanic work HMMM.

Are they doing body kits?

Solstices/Solsti ?

Actually, Solstices is correct. It's not like it ends in "us" like octopus or cactus. That is when it would end in i.

They are doing nothing more than simple appearance work on old Solstice vehicles. Roush has plans for nothing aftermarket whether it be body kits or performance oriented to the best of my knowledge.
