Is the $199 lease per month for the nissan altima special edition a good deal? I was thinking about going for it....

Doesn't sound like a bad deal, though I don't have much car buying experience myself...

I'd assume it depends for how many months you'd be making payments and what the down payment is.

It's for 36 months and the down payment is around $2500

thats a little high

im thinking 150 a month is about right

well it IS a $20k car...and this summer i turned down a deal for $5600 for my saturn and i still have their number

I'd say it's a little high. Last year people were getting leases on '04 GTOs for $199 a month with nothing down.

$200/mo seems like a good deal... many economy cars have lease specials for that much.

I think between 1000-1200 down would make a better deal...

Well I got an ad in the mail today about an $89 per month with 2995b down on the altima so I went to the dealers website and had a live chat with someone....I'm waiting for an email to see what the monthly payment would be if I put $1000 down.
