Co-Op Job Fair Tomorrow

Featured Replies

For Kettering University (formerly GMI Engineering & Management Institute). I can't wait.

GM, Ford, and DCX will be there along with other companies you've probably never heard of. See the list HERE.

I'm bringing plenty of resumes and reference sheets along with two photoshops (original versus rendered images on each). One to show my creativity and ideas, the other to show my ability to work as a part of a team to accomplish a goal (Doane knows what's up).

So.. wish me luck!

You can get a Co-Op before you even go to college?

I went to colleges and they said that you can get Co-Ops after freshman year, but not in HS.

It is part of Kettering's curriculum and mandatory for you to pass college through their system. I believe you must complete 6 (of 8 possible) work terms plus a senior thesis project.

However, it must be a job in the field of your major and be an accredited workplace by the college.

Well, I mentioned C&G to the GM rep and he was all about hearing what I had to say and what I knew about Zeta, and was very interested to know I knew about Kappa too. :)
