November 25, 201015 yr Some towns have ordinances where they have a " local hazardous material " turn in... What I usually do is burn it off over a camp fire, about a quart at a time...start out with like a pint and a half, throw it into the fire...should flash but not get excessive...obviously use an open container and stand back... Dangerous as hell...but has always worked for me... And yes should anyone want to flame me (pun not intended) I know it''s not real safe...but it works...
November 25, 201015 yr Author I used to use it to get brush piles burning - but we can't burn brush anymore, even on this huge property. The friggin state put a stop to it.

November 25, 201015 yr Maybe I'll just mix it with fresh gas and burn it in the ROPOS. Use it as weed killer. Railroads used to dump straight diesel fuel on railroad roadbeds before the EPA...killed grass/weeds real good...
