Looks like the new Rav4.

That's because the "uncovered" photo is just an artist rendering. It's not particularly accurate, either. The real spy phots show a kinked rising beltline to the rear, a "flatter" (no protruding bumper) front end and a more rakish rear end.

I do not see anything in the design that resembles the Murano. It looks more like some Quest replacement.

Very interesting. I like the looks of it better thant he Equinox, RAV4, Escape, and CR-V.

Really? The first thing I thought was small Murano, the grill, overall roofline, and rear window REALLY remind me of the murano.

^ Well, the beltline looks to be a Quest-based cue.

Then again, who in the hell can tell anything with acres of black garbage bags taped to the sides.

Am I the only one that thinks this looks exactly like the Nissan Versa? Nissan's styling has really went to hell lately. They are taking this family styling thing way too far.

The accuracy of the above rendering is questionable.

The overall size and shape of the model in the authentic shots reveals more substantial, upright and SUV-like attributes than the computer-generated images would suggest.

Another unnessary vehicle. Looks like it has about 2 inches of cargo room in the back with the rear seat in place which defeats tyhe whole purpose of this corny looking cute ute!

No more useless then the HHR or the Pontiac G6 hard top convertable.

I think we should be happy that Nissan is the only real Japanese company producing good looking vehicles.

It's better then seeing a crap load of Toyota Camrys and Highlanders on the road.

Talk about boring.

This, on the other hand is actually nice. If the actual model looks like this, it will sell.

I drew a Murano-inspired X-Trail II last night-looked kind of nice, its small-scale though, and this looks like that Nissan Note, which is not a bad thing, and inspired by the quirky Renault Scenic.

Hmmm, could be the photos but that looks like two different disguised crossovers to me—smaller Qashqai and larger X-Trail?

I would agree. Check out the wheel well gaps from the one in the snow to the one on the road. Way different.

nissan is french now

The rendering inaccurately depicts it as a hatchback.

Why compare this to a Pontiac G6. Totally different catagory. The HHR looks to have a lot more space behind the rear seat hence the term useless! These cute utes are trying so hard to replace the normal sedans but in order to do that really need something in the utility department. This Nissan with it's I rammed my tail into a brick wall look doesn't seem to have very much cargo carrying ability, unless the 2nd row seat is pushed way up forward which would effectively reduce legroom. Anything is better looking than a boat load of Camrys surely.
