December 9, 201015 yr People with experience on Cavaliers. I have a friend coming over on friday who got a ticket for his license plate lights being out. He says he changed the bulbs already. I assume fuse would be the next thing, but that other stuff should be out too. What else should I check?
December 14, 201015 yr Wiring. Do the rest of the stuff work back there? It could be a fuse, depending on what else doesn't work. It's sad the the wiring on the trunk kinda easy to hit whil you're putting stuff in the car. Happened to a co worker's 03. It ended up being a simple plug back in thing. I'm trying to figure out what fuse that is....
December 15, 201015 yr Nice. Which reminds me how much fun I'm going to have (not) taking apart the wife's 2003 front end for some updates ( struts, brushings, more)......
December 15, 201015 yr I fixed it. Was a broken wire. Yeah, had a similar problem with the Sunfire. The clip holding the wire to the hinge popped open and the stuff in the trunk pushed the wire into the crimping part of the hinge, cutting it like a wire cutter.
