This month is in the books as Audi's best February since 2007. Other interesting facts: A8 was the big gainer, sales increased 961.8% Only one car reported a drop in sales for February, the A3 (11.1%) Out of the 742 Q7s sold in February, 46.23% (About 343) were equipped with a TDI engine BMW reported sales of 16,416 vehicles for February, an increase of 8.7. Mini saw an increase off 22% in their sales for February, totaling around 3,503 vehicles. Other interesting facts: For it's first full month on sale, the BMW X3 sold 1,987, an increase of 446.1% The 3-Series, 6-Series, Z4, X5, and X6 all posted losses. Mini also posted losses for the Convertible and Clubman. Jaguar/Land Rover posted an increase of 16% for the month of February. Jaguar reported sales of 692 vehicles, a drop of 9% from last February. Land Rover saw sales increase 26% to 2,555 vehicles for the month. Other interesting facts: Range Rover Sport is the top seller with 984 vehicles sold, an increase of 24% Mercedes-Benz reported February sales of 16,176 vehicles, an increase of 5.1%. This month is their highest volume since February 2008. Other interesting facts: C-Class still the volume leader with 4,479, E-Class not far behind with 4,203 vehicles Two models posted losses for February: S-Class (7.8% ) and GLK-Class (12.8% ) The big gainer for February, the SLK with a 124.6% increase Porsche reported sales of 2,019 vehicles, a 32% increase over last year. This is the best February for Porsche since 2006. Other interesting facts: The Cayenne saw sales of 936 vehicles, a 55% increase and volume leader Cayman saw an increase of 28% for February Saab posted sales of 546 vehicles for February, a 462% increase. Other interesting facts: 9-3 outsold the 9-5 by 10 to 1 Volkswagen posted 21,461 vehicles were sold in February, an increase of 18.5%. Other interesting facts: Jetta is the volume leader with 12,591 vehicles sold More than 57% of the 1,089 Golfs sold were equipped with a diesel Beetle, Routan, Passat were the losers in sales for February Volvo saw a 3.3% increase for February sales. Total sales for the month totaled 4,795 vehicles.
