Looking To Juice Up The Solstice

I've read that the Cobalt SS Supercharged now has kits out for them for more power. For $750 one can get 241hp at the wheels?!? Insane.

That said, I'm curious if GM plans to do anything for us "bigger boys" with the 2.4l engine? I'd really, really like an after production turbo, supercharger (installed by the dealer) if the price were right from the General.

I've read people have gained singificant power from a shorty header installation from Clear Image and they also have a new turbo package set to hit for about $2200 (if I remember right).

Naturally, I'd have to have somebody install them for me, but this car is more fun each and every performance option I read about.

Imagine nearly 300hp out of this little motor in a 2700lb car that already feels light around the twisties.

Oh boy.

I think if you really think about it, the right answer for more power will come to you. :)
