I missed that when scanning through the thread, my bad Have you considered a Charger? heh heh heh...or is that too pricy? Edited April 24, 200619 yr by Dodgefan
April 24, 200619 yr trust me its A LOT easier to get a New car than used if you take a loan for it. The cobalts are fun. But get a house first. Then maybe get a little beater like the datsun and drive it tehn save teh 16,000 you would spend on a new/used car and put it on a down payment for the Camaro you want to get.
April 25, 200619 yr Author trust me its A LOT easier to get a New car than used if you take a loan for it. Yes, exactly... plus at a better rate too. Since I was going on a roadtrip this past weekend with the Datsun & the STS is still at the Lowell dealership & unregistered while the Q45 was getting serviced at Infiniti of Nashua we rented a Chrysler 300 (3.5) from Sat. to Mon. I knew the 3.5 Mopars were pretty powerful but even I was pleasantly surprised. With the traction control off the car pulls almost like an LT1 B-body. I mean it's got torque, decnt HP and the ride was super comfortable. There's a few criticisms I had but nothing major. The Beetle-like super long dash that you can park a scion on top of is a bit silly, the trunklid is small and has no lip or any kind of hadle to pull it up with. But overall the car is awsome. The problem is a 3.5 Charger or 300 Limited are too much money. When you start off with a $27,000 MSRP it's pretty much impossible to stay in the $300s for a payment, even for six years.
April 25, 200619 yr Ah. I drove by your house yesterday evening and saw the 300 parked out front, I was on my way to Smokin Joes to pick up a pack of those Al Capones that you introduced me to (They're not bad for a quick smoke!), I thought about calling you to see if I should drop off the PhotoShop CD but figured the 300 belonged to a client or something, LOL Oh well I'll get ya that CD one of these days
April 26, 200619 yr Author Cool. I like those little suckers though, half the time I buy the filtered ones but I think the straight up Al Capone Cognac are the best. Ever consider the 30 year loan for a car? lol Yes! I'd do it if the car was worth selling your soul for. Hell for some cars I'd do a 50 year car loan if it was possible. I think these three are in that category.
