Chevrolet Goes ECO Over The 2013 Malibu

Featured Replies

Getting back to the Malibu ECO... honestly, I love the feeling of a V6, but at $4.21/gallon for regular, I'd easily be convinced into a four-cylinder engine, and at 38mpg highway (which is most of my driving), that is very tempting.

Edited by Paolino

If they can keep the cost of the Malibu Eco down compared to the more well known hybrids and even keep it to a mild cost bump over 4-cylinder models of all makes, 38 mpg will prove tempting to a LOT of people.

Wow. There is certainly some paranoia around here.

What do I care... throw a battery in the trunk and let me get 38mpg... as long as it doesn't cost me much more than the normal car.
