Cars that sold poorly, but you still see everywhere

There are some models out there, like the GMC Envoy XUV shown above, that have a reputation for selling very poorly. Yet in some cases, these poor selling vehicles seem to pop surprisingly frequently. The Envoy XUV sold just over 12,000 copies during it's abbreviated lifetime yet I see them all over my area. Within a mile of my house, there are not one, but two families with two of the poor selling, popular to bash, Pontiac Aztecs sitting in each driveway. Our local Isuzu dealer did a good job clearing out the remaining I-series pickups because there is a huge amount of them running around lately.

So what do you see out there that should be rare, but shows up regularly?

This should be combined with a subject of rare cars you see a lot.

I see a ridiculous number of 911s and Quattroportes here which sell quite poorly in general.

Hmmm...

I'm not sure if there is one and it just keeps popping up at different places all over the metro area, but I've seen one or more Lincoln Blackwoods over the last couple of years, every few weeks...I've also seen 3-4 Mark LTs in the last month or so.

Another uncommon vehicle that I see fairly often (like once every 6 weeks or so) are Chrysler TCs--at least 2 different ones (a red one and maybe 2 different yellow ones)..

Ridgeline's have invaded Dubois recently.

How many Jaguar X-Types do you see? I seem to pass three or four everytime I leave the house!

Actually, those are perfect examples. I see those more than I do 3ers.

I can go a week or two w/o seeing an X-type..I can't go 10 minutes without seeing a 3 series...very common around here...

They came standard with AWD where as the 3er is an extra charge for it.... in your area, I'm sure that makes a difference.

Lately, it seems like I'm seeing a lot of Buick Rendezvous. Technically cited as a success by GM, but still somewhat uncommon, at least in my car spotting.

Saw 6 in the space of 10 minutes at one point last week.

I see both all the time, along with XLRs and Bentleys.
