It's been scorching in my part of the world the last few days, and the trend is due to continue for the next few. Is anyone else hangin' low? *whew*

Was hot and humid in Indianapolis this weekend...looking fwd to getting back to dry phx

Yeah, between the heat, getting a summer cold, a few leftover aches and pains and just being generally bummed out... its been a rough few days.

I've got sunburn and was exhausted sat from a delayed red eye flight and all the walking

Too funny...that's where I was this past weekend, too.

I went for the Indy 500...had a lot of fun..

I'm just looking forward to October...June thru Sept will have mostly sunny, dry triple digit days..the only relief will be cold A/C, cold beer, my pool and a few weekends in cooler places.

Early heat here not appreciated, but seasonally adapting in order to survive. Last summer was rough- we had better not get the same heat waves this time. And the F'ing mosquitos can all die, now.

Brr... it's cold. I stepped outside and just about froze. It's only 75! I hate this cold weather.

As I recall, you were the one walking around Chicago all night in -13 degree weather with not much of a coat.

And I was a Popsicle by the end of it. :P

I belong in Arizona.

Been awful. Especially on Memorial Day, at work in the scorching heat in a showroom with A/C that can't seem to keep up, for a stifling glass box room. Same was true then Tuesday & yesterday, but out back is cool. Thankfully apartment remains cool & comfy no matter what.

Driving home Monday afternoon so hot, my CX-9's auto A/C set to 72 stayed at level 5 fan speed the entire drive until I got to my street...then level 4. Just HOT.

Today, off, just walked to the barber...it's gorgeous. Blue sky and right around 80, but doesn't feel oppressive...just nice.

Dude Arizona gets COLD when the sun goes down. Just like most of SoCal--with little/no humidity, there isn't anything to hold the heat in once dusk passes.

Depends on where you are...here in Phoenix, I've never seen it go much below 30F in the last 3 years...and that's only a few nights in Dec/Jan. Gets colder up north in the mountains..

On the other hand in late July in rarely drops below 100F here at night...

Cold?

75 is perfection.

It's been mid- to high 90s a lot recently. And muggy.

Hasn't been the drier Georgia heat that I've been used to. I think that comes later.

Going to be in the low 100s this weekend...which means...POOL TIME!!! I haven't been in yet, been too tired this week...I'm usually in before June 1, but May wasn't that hot this year.

Gorgeous but windy here for the second day in a row.

Got some things done that would have been painful during the heat.

Agreed- was only 80 up in the attic where I had to work today, vs. the 102 I vetoed working in a few days ago.
