August 13, 201114 yr A couple of my main write ups this week. Numbers matching 1970 Mustang Mach 1 http://www.rkmotorscharlotte.com/inventory/132541?type=active 2009 Mr. Norm's Garage Legends Cuda number 1 http://www.rkmotorscharlotte.com/inventory/132524?type=active
August 13, 201114 yr I prefer '69's over '70's (the '69's actually still look like Mustangs, whereas I always thought the 70's look like electric shavers), but that's a really nice and SUPER CLEAN little filly there.
August 14, 201114 yr I almost bought a 70 like that, competition orange, when I ended up with the 55 chevy. It came down to a 69 Mach 1, a 70 mach 1 (autottrajic 351 4V, called the "Cleveland Cobra jet"). Also almost bought a nice 68 GTO, one owner California car...that was in 2000, when those cars were stilla round for decent money. can't touch much for decent money these days, even with the economy.
August 14, 201114 yr Author We have a lot of cars that are excellent cars for the money (unlike a few years ago when EVERYTHING was crazy priced) but the 'pedigree cars' are still pretty outrageous. I used to aspire to 'pedigree cars' but a lot of our cars are so nice that I'd be afraid to enjoy them. Hell, I've been afraid to get MY cars out for 2 years now, much less a 100K + piece.
