August 30, 201114 yr What American car is this Swiss car based upon? What does the "c" in the name of this one represent? What American SUV is this Swiss one based upon?
August 30, 201114 yr I'm going to guess the first one as Dodge Aspen/Plymouth Volare. I've seen the second one before... but dammit I forget what it is. And the third... I will guess K5 Blazer or Ford Bronco (appears too long of a wheelbase for the CJ5 I guessed first) ooo... maybe a CJ7. I'm prolly a million miles off with these, these are good ones. August 31, 201114 yr I'm going to guess Ford Fairmont for thr first one. No idea on the second. Not a Blazer, nor a Bronco, I think the SUV could be Scout based.
August 31, 201114 yr Author Ocn got the first one, Camino got the third one. The first one is a Monteverdi Sierra and the third one is a Monteverdi Safari.
August 31, 201114 yr I like Dodge Aspen on the first one, and the last looks like an International Scout. Number two, I am guessing C as in 351C engine?

September 3, 201114 yr Author OK, I'll leave that one open, since I found it on google. It's been long enough, go ahead and spill the beans.
September 3, 201114 yr IIRC: that's a Pontiac-badged concept, and not a factory concept. Hmm... interesting. It does have the look of an Italian design house.
September 15, 201114 yr Found some info on it: http://pontiacsonline.com/Farago%20Pontiac.htm EDIT: I knew there had to be a connection to Italian design houses! Edited September 15, 201114 yr by Camino LS6
September 16, 201114 yr The second one is wild..never seen it before..the roofline and rear quarters remind me of an exaggeration of the '71-73 Mustang fastback body. The taillights appear to be '69 Pontiac Le Mans units maybe...the rear end-on view reminds me of the '71-72 AMC Javelin. Interesting car. I've seen that Volare-based sedan in a magazine before..IIRC, the greenhouse is largely unchanged from the stock Volare. It's one of Peter Monteverdi's Mopar-based models, IIRC. No idea about the SUV. It looks like a wierd mix of the 1st gen Range Rover and the Lada Niva. Edited September 16, 201114 yr by Cubical-aka-Moltar
