September 6, 201114 yr Law abiding citizens shouldn't have to defend themselves. That's what the police are for. The fact that we haven't evolved past the old west mentality embarrasses me.
September 6, 201114 yr Mistake or not, pulling a gun on innocent people is a crime. For all those that think this is so great, what if the guys in the car had a gun and killed the old lady. Would they have been justified since they were being robbed at gunpoint? at the very least, the cops should have confiscated the crazy old lady's gun!
