October 20, 201114 yr Our GM rep was in today, we talked a bit about he had been to a meeting in Detroit where they showed off some upcoming vehicles- including the the small Buick crossover named the Encore! He couldn't remember what platform it was on, possibly the Sonic, and didn't divulge any more details. Can anyone confirm this?

October 20, 201114 yr Encore was the rumor I've heard as well and yes it is a Sonic platform CUV. Don't be alarmed... it's been sized up appropriately.

October 20, 201114 yr Well, Renault is a French company, and Buick likes to sometimes use French names, so I guess it fits somewhere.
