April 12, 200619 yr "The all-wheel-drive LS600h will be launched in Australia in the first half of 2007. It will be the world’s first vehicle of any class or category to feature a full hybrid V8 powertrain." They'll be cutting it fine then. Durango and Tahoe V8 full hybrids arrive in 2007 as well.

April 12, 200619 yr Toyota has taken to making claims that are not necessarily true, and then not worrying about the retractions, or so it would seem. GM definitely beat them to the punch with RWD hybrids. I read somewhere that the price of this LS hybrid will be $90k. Cadillac can not hope to compete with them on features by building cars that cost $20k-$30k less.
April 13, 200619 yr So I take it the Silverado Hybrid is noting? I know it's not a 100% hybrid but it's not chopped liver either. The Silverado/Sierra hybrids aren't 'full' or 'strong' hybrids; they're 'mild' hybrids that pretty much have oversized starters and extra batteries.
