Cheers or Jeers: 3,800 Mile 1988 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS

Absolutely showroom new condition Monte Carlo coupe finished in White over Burgundy interior and fitted with the "Luxury Sport" (LS) package and 5.0L V8 EFI engine. This is an absolute time warp garage kept collector car and is in perfect condition inside and out with no signs of wear, age, or neglect. The car runs and drives like new with no known problems and everything is in proper working order. The car has been started regularly to keep everything properly lubricated throughout its life. The car also has an upgraded dual exhaust system with a slight bit more rumble as well as an upgraded EFI computer chip for increased performance. The original computer chip is included with the car as well. The car is otherwise all original with no paintwork or accidents whatsoever. The paint and body are in perfect condition with no dents or scratches to be found and the interior still sparkles like new. This car is loaded with options including: Bucket seats, Sport suspension, Rear window defroster, Rally wheels, Upgraded white letter tires, V8 engine, and the "Luxury Sport" package with a long list of included equipment. The car comes complete with all books, floormats, and copy of the original window sticker just to name a few things. If you are looking for the most pristine, low mileage, garage kept, original Monte Carlo with the motor and sound to go with the great looks, don't miss out on this pristine example.

EFI?

I don't think so, unless someone added it - these cars had carbs.

Still, Cort will go nuts over this one!

Nice clean vehicle. That parking brake almost looks like a clutch.

Would they have still had carbs that late?

Would they have still had carbs that late?

Yes, the V8 G-body cars never got EFI.

But the 4.3 V6 did.

Would they have still had carbs that late?

You could still get a carbureted Olds 307 up until 1990 in the B-Body wagons.

Gorgeous. The last real Monte Carlo.

Beautiful car. Last of a line of vehicles that were honest and true.

Still, Cort will go nuts over this one!

Oh, INDEED! Thanks for posting it to my FB wall! Holy cow.... So, who is going to buy this for me? PLEASE!!!!!!

And, correct ... EFI only in the 4.3 V6 '86-'88 LS models.

Gorgeous. The last real Monte Carlo.
