Make, model and years produced:

It's a very nice condition 1985 Jeep CJ10. They were built from 1981 to 1986.

Yup, they look better with the C-J7 grille:

Looks like it was sold off-shore.

According to Wiki they were sold both here and abroad with the venerable 258cid and a 3.3L Nissan diesel.

Looks a lot like a Third World project, must be a conversion done after the fact. I like the wheel and tire combo on the white example, otherwise, it's the Excalibur of the Jeep world, imo.

There were two kinds built, the CJ-10, which was a pickup for export markets:
