A few weeks ago I submited a brief description of my car and some pics to the American Muscle Car Association wesite. By this morning when I checked my email I had almost forgoten all about it. I was shocked and quite pleasantly surprised to find a link to the story of my Camaro and a few photos posted on their homepage as a link under the title of "Feature Car Story, 1968 Camaro"

Check it out. I'm so proud... now I'm famous for my burnout pic. in Car Craft and now my beloved Panther has been "featured" online! They spelled my name Sylvester (it's Silvester wiht an "i") but that's hardly worht mentioning.

Click on the link and on the homepage look at the left hand side for "Feature Car". :D

Thanks guys.... :)

Harley: do you know the story behind the picture you posted? It's quite an interesting tale. I was saving it for a super obscure trivia question. Check it out:

Another reason Canada rocks! ;)

Yes, Sixty8, it's a very interesting story behind this car. Not much is ever said about it. It's kind of surprising they used this name given the political connection it has.

Wow... the other day I got an email from a friend asking how in the world I did not mention to him my car was all over the internet. I was like Uhhhh, it's on my website and C&G but where else?

American Muscle Car Association Home Page! he replies.

I had almost forgoten about it and certainly had not anticipated it staying up there for like 4 months. Sweet! :)
