    • Jeers! There's only a hatch with no tailgate, so this is clearly a hatchback!

Cheers or Jeers: 19,000 Mile AMC Concord Station Wagon

Car looks good and runs well. Some very small rust spots such as on rear ash tray holders. Headliner could use replace to be sharp, three holes near back about the size of golf balls. Maybe mice, but there are no other spots in seats or carpet anywere. Drives like new

That is a nice one. Wouldn't mind owning it one bit.

Cheers! Except for the Pep Boys wheel covers.

The spiritual successor to the Magnum wagon... of course, one would be better off to get a older Hornet wagon with a 304.

An early '70s Hornet wagon w/ a 360 or 401 painted red/white/blue w/ minilite wheels would rock...

And while we are on AMC wagons...

Believe it or not, just down the street from me is a pristine example of one of these:

It lives in a garage under a cover. It might be a different year as I don't think it has such a huge schnoz. It is also a nice dark green metallic with no woodgrain.

Ya never know what people will preserve.

Clean car, but these (and here I mean all pictured here) still make me shudder. No vote.

Sounds like a '73 or earlier. I don't like the '74 and later coffin-nose Matadors... only the coupes.

From Wiki, it almost sounds like your example...

Well, it does have big bumpers - so maybe the nose is that big. I'll take another look next time it peeks out of the garage.
