April 15, 200619 yr C&G is happy to be the first site to inform you that Aura's ordering guide has been posted. Please Click Here to view the guide. It appears the woodgrain is an option, but it doesn't say what's standard (that I could find).
April 15, 200619 yr Look under Color and Trim - page 11 XE grey interiors come standard with Silver Metallic Trim XE tan interiors come with Wood XR black interiors come with Silver Metallic Trim (Wood available) XR Morocco Brown interior comes with Wood.
April 16, 200619 yr Holy, both Aura models get the G6 GTP's steering system, Hydraulic Power Steering. I like the idea of the wireless headphones for the back seats too. EDIT: I just noticed that all 2007 G6 models come with Hydraulic Power Steering too, except the base and SE model. Edited April 16, 200619 yr by CadillacCTS
April 16, 200619 yr Author Good find, Ven, I didn't see it. So, the wood is only standard on tan and Morroco Brown, then? I would like to see the silver metallic trim be available on at least the brown, and even the tan. I sat in an STS with tan and aluminum trim, and it actually looked quite nice.
April 16, 200619 yr Looking forward to seeing the black on black with the silver trim. Odd that wireless headphones are standard equipment on the XR while sunroof and leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob are not.
April 16, 200619 yr EDIT: I just noticed that all 2007 G6 models come with Hydraulic Power Steering too, except the base and SE model.Where are you seeing the '07 G6 specs?
April 16, 200619 yr Where are you seeing the '07 G6 specs? Changes are posted in the Pontiac thread for the 2007 G6.
April 16, 200619 yr Odd that wireless headphones are standard equipment on the XR while sunroof and leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob are not.Standard leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob would be nice, but I'm glad that the sunroof isn't standard. A lot of folks (like me) don't want a sunroof. It's much better to keep that as an option rather than to force it on everyone. I remember that a lot of BMW customers were upset when the sunroof was made standard in the 3-series and 5-series.
April 16, 200619 yr Thanks for posting! All of the 2007 Saturn's, except for Outlook, is now posted as well. ION and VUE lose their short-lived Laser Blue Metallic (21U) colors in lieu of a 37U Deep Blue-I wonder if this highly-raved about color will die on the 2007 Chevy's.
April 17, 200619 yr The guide shows the Morroco Brown leather and wood trim tied together. I've said this elsewhere but I wish they'd make the silver trim optional. I am sure that the designers wanted something "warm" go to with the brown leather but they are off on the selection. Maybe they should try something wild like a copper finish that would be warm, earthtone and original.* *Free suggestion. April 17, 200619 yr Now all they have to do is release the prices and the I'll be able to decide on which model to get.
April 18, 200619 yr With all the commotion regarding the wheels, I found this interesting: http://eogld.ecomm.gm.com/NASApp/domestic/...s&page=&butID=4 Wheels, 18" (45.7 cm) multi-spoke ultra-bright alloy Wheels, 17" (43.2 cm) fascia spoke with five-spoke trim Wheels, 17" (43.2 cm) twin-spoke machined alloy I do like the last one... -RBB
April 18, 200619 yr *Free suggestion. If GM wants the other 4,573 steps on my "Trail to Superbness", they will have to pay! Bwaha-ha-ha. One Million dollars! Then, when GM ignores you, you can start whining about it all over the internet... I think I've seen this movie before!
