Well, if the mileage is right and it sat for decades the hoses, seals, gaskets, etc were probably all rotted so it probably needed a rebuild...

The inside pictures make me think this guy is blowing way to much weed smoke.

Yea- rebuilding a 13K mile motor is quite pointless.
