There is a '57 Chevy that shows up to Hershey sometimes like that as a promotional tool for a restoration service.

As a restoration advertisement tool, it's a fail. Note that the air cleaner is offset... and painted wrong... its not a good thing if your resto shop doesn't know that the drivetrain is offset to the passenger side in many cars.
