March 16, 201214 yr I'd like to check it out one year if they have decent slopeside accomodation.. I spend a week out west snowboarding every year but thus far have stuck to BC.
March 16, 201214 yr Author No Problem, Check out www.stevenspass.com Very easy to get to all the runs on the front side and just take Tye Mill or Southern cross into the back side for 600 acres of raw powder, average run s 1.5 miles long. There is two chairs to get back up to the top and then drop into the more heavy used front runs to get back to the resort for food, etc. Enjoy, we love having people come up and pound the mountain. April 6, 201213 yr Author Gotta love a cold wet spring for skiing and boarding. We have been dumped on the last few days and the riding does not get any better.

Hey Frogger, There is no slope side accomodations at Stevens, but you have some great choices in Leavensworth, WA about a 20 min drive down the east side of the pass. The German based town has some great Micro Brews and awesome German Food.
