Cheers or Jeers: 1962 Cadillac 4x4

1962 cadillac on 1978 dodge 4x4 frame.Not sure on mileage trans. has about nine hundred on rebld.P/s,p/b a/t p/w,p/s,s/r.Car has been D.O.T inspected street legal.Nice interior.Has headers & real side pipes.Looks good from ten feet,has some rust showing & paint starting to peel.I havent drove it much the last few years.Needs tune up,has exhaust leak l/side,s/w is crack,rear windows dont work,a/c isnt hooked up;truck floor has holes
