I think I need to change my shorts...that thing is fantastic!

Beautiful beast.

I don't usually like reds, but that is spectacular! I could do without all the strap-ons, however.

Sure some (cool) funky Olds-esque upholstery patterning.

Red plastic inner fenders : woot!

'70 is arguably the best looking of this gen, too.

Nice ride.

Camino, ever the provocateur! ;)

very nice, ....but those extra gauges weren't oem spec, right? not needed...

nah, just aftermarket junk added...

OEM guages tend to be junk - so having good ones isn't a bad thing.

Aftermarket add-ons ruin the stock original aesthetic, though.

So does a grenaded motor. ;)

Sounds like you like running em hard once in awhile...which I support!

(But not being stupid with them...)

I've been hard on cars on occasion, yep. :D

Point being tho; you have a big bucks invested in the engine, sometimes you aren't as comfortable relying on original OEM gauges to monitor it.

My B-59 won't be factory original/correct inside, but it'll definitely be strongly period, with the exception of a few quality gauges to watch the percolator underhood.

I could quickly spend over $12K for the engine I want in my car.
