After reading the article, I will give them 50% credit as the other half does not hold water IMHO. Quality is another thing all together as they sure do have their problems also.

Too bad a state does not have the balls to build no speed limit roads. They would get a bonus from people willing to pay to drive on the roads that I am sure would make up for the loss of Federal funds.

It would be wicked cool to have a no speed limit road....

Damn federal gov threatened to take away fed dollars if they did not impose a speed limit. Seems all wide open states had to adopt a speed limit if they were to keep their federal dollars for road work.
