July 6, 201213 yr After reading the article, I will give them 50% credit as the other half does not hold water IMHO. Quality is another thing all together as they sure do have their problems also. JD powers shows this to be true. Too bad a state does not have the balls to build no speed limit roads. They would get a bonus from people willing to pay to drive on the roads that I am sure would make up for the loss of Federal funds.

July 9, 201213 yr Montana, why hast thou forsaken us?! Damn federal gov threatened to take away fed dollars if they did not impose a speed limit. Seems all wide open states had to adopt a speed limit if they were to keep their federal dollars for road work. Edited July 9, 201213 yr by dfelt
