Within the arena of American V8s, there was a seeming 'sweet spot', where (6) displacements of consecutive cubic inches gathered. IE; 50 CI, 51 CI, 52 CI, 53 CI, etc.

Six V8s 'in a row', can you name these 6?

I cannot find whether all were during same era but there were:

350 Chevy V8

351 Ford Windsor

352 Ford FE

353 Cadillac and Mercury

354 Chrysler

355 Chevy

300, 301, 302, 303, 304, 305

and

425, 426, 427, 428, 429, 430

are correct & what I was thinking of.

The other I guess I should give 'honorable mention' to, or add an asterisk.

Pontiac (not sure if Chevy applies here) never advertised their 350 as a 355, even tho in Pontiac's case, it was.

Regardless, like I stated above you, Pontiac definitely was a 355, but was NEVER advertised/badged as such. Marketing nonsense.

Woke up in a cold sweat because I'd forgotten some engines:

Plymouth had a 303 CID V8 in the 56 Fury (poly head)

How could I forget Caddy's 429?

Similarly, how could I forget Pontiac's 428?

Tried to take a nap and suddenly remembered Buick's 425 nailhead V8. My internal RAM ain't what it used to be.
