Who Are You People?

Featured Replies

So, I was going through my internet history, sifting through all the random porn and stuff, and I noticed this website showed up. After a little digging, it turns out that I have an account here and used to be fairly active. So please, inform me of just who exactly you people are and why you stole all those years of my internet activity that could have been used for better purposes... like porn!

Now that I've made a semi-stupid classic introduction, I can apologize in advance for what I'm going to say next. I bought a Toyota...

:Toyota:

Now that I've also gotten that out of the way, I just have to say hello. So, "Hello." How have you all been? :P

Hey, BV!

Good to see you around here again!

My condolences on the Toyota - I know times are tough. :)

How dare you buy a vehicle that won't strand you at the side of the road or piss oil on your shoes.

Hi.

Sweet merciful crap, a Toyota you say?! You mean you've given up on $h!piles that always break down? Oh the humanity!

Funny I was wondering the other day which side of the Earth you fell off of, good to see you. Please make a serious consideration to waste more otherwise productive hours of your life here. :P

So what kind of Toyota is it?

Hope for reliability's sake it's pre early '00s...

Hello Viper, I trust you've been well.

BR-Z would be the only Toyota product I would want, and it's pretty much a Subaru

Glad to have you back!

Technically its 50/50, but yeah the FR-S/BRZ are pretty awesome.

I wish it were a BRZ... it's pretty much the exact opposite of that. And no, I haven't replaced the Legacy with an older vehicle. It's just as new (or old) as the Legacy, has a much better reliability rating, averages 5-10 mpg better on regular gas, and is just as powerful. The downside is that I gave up any sportiness whatsoever.

Oh.. and its not beige. Though I almost bought a beige Fusion and would have had the dealer not tried to screw me on my trade in value.

I'll add an obscure teaser photo in a few minutes. First person to guess correctly gets a 1991ish Chevrolet Cavalier Owner's Manual! :P

Edit: Here's your obscure teaser.

For next year's act: BV buys a Florida condo and a surplus of bermuda shorts and tapioca pudding.

I'll bet its name is Frankie.

BV and I met up for the 2012 Fall Oldsmobile show at the 7-Springs resort.... he took some great pictures of all cars at the show, but there is one in particular that is going to be written up in an article as a "modern classic", I'm hoping you'll enjoy.
