September 24, 201213 yr Many people know that the best way to keep the underside of you car from rusting is to keep wash the salt from it every once in a while. You don't just want to let it be wet when you're done though, you want to air it out so it can dry.
October 3, 201213 yr I always wondered how many Chargers they ruined on Dukes of Hazard doing all those jumps. there was some definite frame damage in a lot of those clips
October 4, 201213 yr IIRC, the grand total used in the show was 229. For context, Dodge built 89K Chargers in '69, and 96K in '68 (yep a few '68s snuck into the show too).

Who cares if there were a few 68 and 69's in the show, the car was cool and Daisy was hot for the time of a young boy growing up. How can you go wrong?
October 4, 201213 yr No; I'm fine with the 'slip-in', and I love the show. I would love that sort of lifestyle! I was just pointing out for anyone who would whine about 229 Chargers mashed, that it was out of 185,000 cars. Yes, Daisy then had a killer combo of looks & personality that is very tough to eclipse.
October 5, 201213 yr I bet the A-Team has the lead for most rolled Jeeps. That show wrecked a lot of cars too.
October 8, 201213 yr ...And the Rockford Files for the most amount of gold Firebirds blown up/smashed/rolled/shoved off a cliff/etc. Like I always say, no wonder the guy lived in a trailer on the beach.

Yea the amount of mashed Chargers was a small drop in the bucket. Daisy in her Daisy Duke Shorts, long locks and killer smile. :P
