September 4, 200520 yr Thanks to the Dodge Magnum for reminding the people that wagons are cool too... a sig from Volvospeed, a forum similar to ours. More later.
September 4, 200520 yr I love the way the Caprice wagon looks when someone gives it the Impala SS treatment. That blows away the Magnum in terms of coolness.
September 5, 200520 yr Wagons absolutely rock! Love that pic of the Police Caprice! Oh, see sig for my picture posting! :) Mike
September 5, 200520 yr I love wagons and can't wait for the day when GM is back in the wagon business. Edited September 5, 200520 yr by HarleyEarl
September 5, 200520 yr Wagons are cool...it's all about attitude and the shoes you put on them. Edited September 5, 200520 yr by HarleyEarl
September 5, 200520 yr I'm on the opposite side of the fence when it comes to the look of the Caprice wagon. To me, it's too bubble-like and round-out bloated. When GM puts one together for themselves, something a little more dramatic would be appreciated.
September 5, 200520 yr Author There are cooler wagons than the Magnum, namely the aforementioned B-bods. [post="9450"]<{POST_SNAPBACK}>[/post] Please stop...the Magnum's a better driver's car.
September 5, 200520 yr Unfortunately the Magnum is a of market of one. It is inately cool. I wish GM had one. The only other cool wagon is this: Edited September 5, 200520 yr by HarleyEarl
September 5, 200520 yr Author Unfortunately the Magnum is a market of one. It is inately cool. I wish GM has one. The only other cool wagon is this: [post="9468"][/post] Too bad that's only available in the REST of the world... :( Ford should drum up a 500 wagon too (of course that space is taken by the Freestyle for now)
September 5, 200520 yr Author Imagine ever finding the following THIS clean: The Americans need to get their wagon bars back up....quit leaving it to the import companies.
September 5, 200520 yr Author Wagons are cool...it's all about attitude and the shoes you put on them. [post="9463"][/post] Yup, and that one needs some Jordans or some Stacy Adams or something.
September 5, 200520 yr Author While looking for more, found a whole page of pics that are too small and numberous to go crazy enlarging, imageshacking, and posting: http://www.pestalozzi.net/sb/coming/
September 5, 200520 yr This is going to be the most beatiful Wagon in the world - the 159 Sportwagon. I WANT ONE! The outgoing 156 SW's butt looks sexy as well:
September 5, 200520 yr That has not been a good seller for Lexus. [post="9499"]<{POST_SNAPBACK}>[/post] That's a Lexus? I thought it was a Mazda.... woops
September 5, 200520 yr Some more beauties... And the most beautiful one of all.. a lime green '76 Caprice complete w/woodgrain. [post="9735"][/post] The Titanic finally reached port, eh?
September 5, 200520 yr I happen to believe that Wagons are cooler than 4 door sedans, but I still perfer the look of a car over a wagon!
September 5, 200520 yr The Titanic finally reached port, eh? [post="9757"]<{POST_SNAPBACK}>[/post] Was the titanic that big? I thought the titanic hit an iceberg and sank, If that think hit an iceberg it would be like hitting a shopping cart!
September 5, 200520 yr And the most beautiful one of all.. a lime green '76 Caprice complete w/woodgrain. [post="9735"][/post] [/quote] national lampoon!!!!
September 5, 200520 yr A lime green '76 C.Classic Wagon with woodgrain? Sure. :) Heres' some more nice ones:
September 5, 200520 yr We still have Wagons. They just aren't called "Wagons" these days. I would've loved to have had a Country Squire or Roadmaster Wagon, but, the way gas is today, I'm kinda glad I didn't get one.
September 5, 200520 yr Author I happen to believe that Wagons are cooler than 4 door sedans, but I still perfer the look of a car over a wagon! [post="9759"]<{POST_SNAPBACK}>[/post] A wagon is still a car, my friend....nver to be confused with SUVs or vans....
September 5, 200520 yr WHERE is the cool ass little Subie WRX wagon? I am thinking about going lot cruising this evening to see if there are any '06 WRX or Outback Sports on the lot yet. Another excellent picture thread, btw. Edited September 5, 200520 yr by ocnblu
September 5, 200520 yr I've felt for a while that AMC was about 15 years ahead of it's time. If they could have survived <minus Reneult> until about 1992, they would have been fine.
September 6, 200520 yr Author You all missed the worlds first crossover wagon: [post="9919"][/post] It wasn't missed, it was avoided on purpose....
September 6, 200520 yr Ted, I didn't laugh at the Cavalier wagon. I have some customers that hold onto their 3.1 powered Cavvy wagons, they love 'em! Just like first-gen S-10 fans who dislike the rounded '94-up, there are some diehard '94 and older Cavvy fans who dislike the rounded '95 and up car. It's good to see some sharp edges on the Cobalt and Colorado... although I admit there are some really stubborn S-10 lovers out there holding a grudge against the Colorado.
September 6, 200520 yr Normally I perfer coupes and some cases sedans but here's some I won't hesitate to take How many other wagons are you aware of that offer a V8 with a 6 speed manual

September 6, 200520 yr Author '63 Olds F-85 [post="9735"][/post] That's a GM? Doesn't look like any I've ever seen...
September 7, 200520 yr Didn't the Subaru DL beat the AMC Eagle to market as a 4 wheel drive wagon?...isn't it the first 'crossover'?:)
September 8, 200520 yr Author Sorry, I just had to. [post="10876"][/post] Why is that sorry? You should have included a first-gen SW2 as well. I found Saturn wagons quite stylish.
