Very true, over the weekend a mid 40's looking man in his RDX just froze and would not move when the fire truck took the middle turn lane to get around busy traffic to respond to a very bad accident. There was plenty of room to pull over as everyone else including myself did, but he just froze.

Some people truly should not be driving. The fire truck blew his horn a couple times and finally other cars got out of the way and he pulled back into the traffic lane and then back into the middle turn to get around everyone and through the intersection to respond.

The fire department needs this option to get their job done.

Looks to be a 1937-ish International, fer sure.
