February 13, 201313 yr OK I started noticing that I was getting ads on every page, so I knew it was time to renew my "premium subscriber" status here at C&G. I inquired about it but didn't hear anything. Then I got an email showing an automatic payment being taken out of my credit card, supposedly renewing my account. But I've still got ads everywhere, and it still says "members" at my avatar, not "premium subscriber" or whatever it should say. Posting this here to try to find out what is happening. Thanks. I've lost my privileges and they have not been restored after the automatic payment. Anyone else in the same boat? Edited February 13, 201313 yr by ocnblu

February 13, 201313 yr No. I fixed it manually. We changed subscription software and his account didn't transition over the way it should have. Edit: Anyone wanting to purchase a subscription and willing to be a patient guinea pig, there is a Store tab up at the top that should let you do so.
February 13, 201313 yr If you had a subscription before and don't now, please verify the transaction in paypal and send me a PM with the date the transaction occurred. Then you need to cancel recurring billing. We will be using a different subscription model with the new software.
