The other day me and a friend were at the Best Buy in Nashua, NH and we saw a Panoz Roaster in blue. I've never seen one of these or even knew the car existed before that day but, damn they are nice looking cars. Do they even sell these in the states? They look sweet! :idhitit:

    Not any more. The original Panoz Roadster was custom-built near Atlanta from 1990, while the AIV Roadster went into series production in 1996. Panoz now offers several versions of the Esperante coupe and convertible.

    The Panoz AIV (aluminum intensive vehicle) roadster was based on a design built in Europe in the 1980s. It went out of production when side-impact (and airbag, I believe) legislation made it no longer marketable in the US.
