April 13, 201312 yr Great news. We knew GM is usually awarded with the most patents of any company in a given year, and it seems Arizona's environment attracts the right atmosphere to make things happen.

April 15, 201312 yr Author Looking at the job postings they've placed so far, there appears to be a lot of good stuff in my niche (enterprise software engineering and architecture, esp. w/ Java and other web technologies). There are several positions here I'd apply for if I was looking. http://jobs.gm.com/search/?&q=&title=Filter%3A%20title&location=Filter%3A%20city&date=Filter%3A%20date&locationSearch=arizona

April 19, 201312 yr Knightfan, remember they always over ask for skill sets. I am sure you have more than enough skills in the right section for a job. Apply, you have nothing to loose and plenty to gain. Plus GM Loves people that Love GM.
