August 22, 201411 yr Not a huge fan of the early-to-mid '60s GMC pickups but if it was the right price ($2k or <) I'd consider one. This one caught my attention recently but exceeds my range; check out the full listing here: http://southjersey.craigslist.org/cto/4582603348.html 63 gmc stepside barnfind - $5500 Real solid truck , runs 3spd v-6 305 original rare motor please serious inquires only prefer calls only Edited August 22, 201411 yr by GMTruckGuy74
August 22, 201411 yr Very cool and if it was like you said only a couple grand cool but at 5500, I would pass as this body style really is nothing special. Just early brick on wheels look. August 22, 201411 yr I have never been a fan of step-sides (unless mid '50s or earlier), even my '57 F-250 was a (the first) StyleSide. I like these early '60s GMs, but being a step side would be my deal breaker. Edited August 22, 201411 yr by balthazar
August 22, 201411 yr Author Not for me, balthazar. I see so many '60s 'fleetside' ' Chevies at shows a stepside model would be my ideal truck
August 23, 201411 yr LOL. Victor's Par 3 golf course... a few miles from where I grew up. Drove past it just a few days ago, actually. Don't recall this particular truck, though. Quite a few interesting vehicles down that stretch of US40.
